Chipped Beef Chese Ball

Serves/Makes:8 or more

Ingredients
  • 2 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) parsley flakes
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped chipped beef
Preparation
  • Mix together and roll into a ball.
  • Serve with crackers.
